The cities listed include Antsiranana (Diego-Suarez), Nosy Be, Morondava, Mahajanga, Toliara, Taolagnaro (Fort Dauphin), and Sambava. To fly, you would need to test negative for COVID-19, agree to self-quarantine upon arrival, and to wear a protective mask.
