Dr. Kathleen F. Malu, Professor of Literacy, Language, Research and ESL/Bilingual Education from William Paterson University of New Jersey, led the program. ย Participants gained a deeper understanding of the skills and techniques needed to lead English Club meetings, learned games and resources to teach American English as a second language, and enhanced their understanding of U.S. culture and history.

We are excited to see the great work they will do with English clubs across the region.ย  Future training sessions will be held across Madagascar and Comoros.
